Don't know if the story is good or bad, but pisses me off that people in the comments are actually receiving heart attacks and wailing at Zod getting beat by the squad. It's fucking comic book! Even without the 2 obvious magic users in the team he was out of shape being in the phantom zone for a long time. He was dealing with Amanda Waller's super organised team who used brains as well as brawns to coordinate, and if you think Zod isn't stupid, well good luck trying to stay in the phantom zone for years and coming out with the brain in one piece since Zod's himself clearly lost much of his sanity to otherwise he'd fight smarter. Even the fight wasn't a clear win, the Squad simply managed to kick him back into the Phantom Zone. Calm the fuck down.

I feel uncomfortable with Waller calling June a filth, well being included as one is what I mean, isn't she just a graphic designer or something with the Enchantress entity locked inside her? She looks so... civilian as June, I honestly would have placed her in a comic where the correct type of 'warden' would guard and guide her like Xanadu or Fate or Stranger or something, someone more knowledgeable with magic and not just dumping her on a team 'cuz it's famous like in the movies, (I know she was part of the line up in the old comics) but she made more sense in Shadowpact than in Suicide Squad, how the hell would Waller help her with "therapy" anyway. Hell I wish they kept her in JLD for as long as it lasted, she could have been the Scarlet Witch ala DC. But I guess there aren't any active magic team right now in rebirth, are there? Unless I'm missing on some things.

People who's complaining about this story u have full right to, for the absurd logic of this comic but still atleast it makes more sense of Squad beating a powered up enchantress with her heart even though she can go to iran and back within 5 sec. Atleast this they had a phantom zone and they had enchantress who is OP as hell and kantana sword. Also Zod most likely weak from the lack of yellow sunlight but still i do agree that should have been explained in the story because Zod looks Jacked up even though he's stayed in the phantom zone for a while. Also Amanda had actually counter measures unlike the stupid movie.
