I hope this is a lesson to everyone to be mindful of who you allow into your dwelling. I went through something similar (minus the house blowing up). Once someone starts receiving mail at your address and they’ve been there a certain amount of time then you must proceed with a proper eviction. If the plaintiff did that before hand I feel like her house would still be standing. The defendant is really a terrible person for this.
