Whenever someone is hyper sexual at a young age, it usually stems from sexual molestation/ abuse and trauma. So i believe her 100%.

I was going to say this. And instead of taking them to therapy and getting to the root of the issue they call them fast and talk down on them and beat them as if they’re not worthy. It’s always been weird how ppl will shame young girls for being hyper sexual, but never actually get them the help they may need.

You know what, that is SO honest and raw. it's a normal human flaw to believe someone over what you think you know, and find out different. You chose to change your mind AND try to make amends AND let others know that they're not alone, and it doesn't make them a terrible horrible evil one-sided person. That's bravery. This mother didn't give a f-. I'm glad that judge flipped out at her. It hurts that it won't affect her ~at all.~ She'll walk away thinking that nothing was HER fault and that everyone else is just Against Her. That's a personality disorder that destroys everyone around her.

At 23 my father asked me to do the most disgusting act as we were discussing my marriage the next week. I was so furious, he molested me a couple times when I was a child. He died the day after I got married. I married an alcoholic. I had no self esteem. I am disabled, now I am a widow of 3 years, I met a good man after my divorce from the alcoholic, it to me 14 years to leave and divorce him. I was the bread winner. My late husband was good to me and he was everything to me and we were married 22 years. We both were retired, I miss him and yes, I have mental health problems from abuse. It can destroy a child. The hardest part is I believe in God and wonder where my father is in eternity. Not a lot of people go to heaven if they don't repent. I have forgiven them, no, he wasn't the only one that abused me. It haunts me consistently.

At the time I was told by my mother I was a compulsive liar & what I told her wasn’t true. That I made stories up in my head. I have children of my own now and it’s very scary. I’m scared everyday & pray so hard God keeps helping me break generational curses. My grandma was raped and so was my mom and her siblings & I was molested & I stopped it from happening to my siblings when they were with me I protected them. I will not have that because molestation is wrong & so is rape. I was in diapers when it happened to me. Also 5 also 11, 12 by men my mom brought into the house as well. I don't know if the father new how bad it was at his exes. Thats probably why she favored her dad. He had a more stable relationship with him and her step mom. She probably hated going back home. And like the defendant said, the mom would basically threaten her if she were to say about what was going on in the home that cps would take her away and separate her from her siblings and father. It was the mother who drummed this into her daughters mind. Manipulation and control only lasted so long.

It’s downright pitiful and trifling when your own daughter announces in open court that she doesn’t want to be anything like you. To add insult to injury, the daughter holds up her stepmother-her stepmother!!-as the ideal parent. You know, if you tell the truth the first time, you don’t have to “back up” and try to remember and attempt to keep your lies straight. Equally shameful is minimizing the abuse. There is a reason the daughter became sexualized at such an early age.

This kind of complex plagues so many families where the mother is raising children wherein every time the mother looks at them, she's instantly reminded of the man she hates. And instead of regulating her own emotions, she ends up trying groom the child as an extension of what was likely an already toxic relationship, and then straight demonizes the child when they break away, try to break away or do anything that even slightly suggests that they want to break away.

I love Judge Mathis. Taking the GED certificate to hang in his office was so sweet and kind. That beautiful woman was still a child trying to get recognition from her mother and did not get it, but Judge Mathis gave her more than that. He gave her respect, love and compassion, and that was great. My heart goes out to him and her.

Some of y’all are more worried about that she had abortions rather than the fact she was abused and molested. Shows what our world has really come to. Edit: Abortion isn’t murder. @@kay22100 she was a child herself. Had she kept those children, by the time she was a legal adult she would’ve been responsible for four dependents and statistically would’ve been worse off due to her circumstances and upbringing. She explained she was going through enough as it was so she did what was right for her so she could give herself and her other kids a fighting chance at life. instead of commending and displaying compassion towards this young lady for her bravery and perseverance you use it as opportunity to get on your soapbox. Your comment is evil and ignorant.

I get sick, and tired of hearing about kids being molested. Parents, need to take a stand with their kids and stop with not believing them. You don't know what kids go through without getting professional help for the ordeal. Some end up on drugs, being an alcoholic, becoming abusers themselves, selling their body, they becoming sex addicts, and they may commit suicide. I myself was molested, and I never told my parents. I went to my guidance counselor, and told her what happen. Keeping it in only eat you up inside. I still have some problems. I'm glad i went to get some help as I would probably not be here today. God is good always...

Some moms are in denial with "You were never molested. He doesn't want you. I was molested as a child. I know what type of guy would do that. He's not that type. You're lying." They know it happened. Instead of doing something, they quietly wallow in self pity and publicly show hatred to the victim.

This brings back memories for me. My mom is the same as this woman’s mother. I was raped at 15 and I tried to get law enforcement to help me, but my mom told the police that I was a liar and a “fast girl”…so they stopped investigating! And it’s not fair to me that they stopped investigating because of her. I had to put this to the back of my mind & forget this ever happened and idk it’s making me tear up thinking about this. Just the fact that my mom could be so hurtful towards me. I actually had a son from this. Then She kicked me out of the house pregnant at 15 years old to go live in a group home smh. Then she wonders why today at 31 years old, why I’m so damn angry with her. She’s a narcissist and portrays a “Christian Woman” but is the opposite. I feel the hate from my mother too.
