Same. I love this "ain't having this for even a minute" attitude. A kid this young acting sexual usually stems from trauma, if not grooming to be an adult already. Needing attention and this is the way to get it. Exactly like the girl said: mom puts her down all the time, controlling, abusive. She was molested. THEN she gets blamed for the NORMAL OUTCOME of these things, and then she's an awful, horrible, depraved person for not having birth after birth after birth as a young teenager. wtf. That girl couldn't do NOTHING right.

Bullshit that's him being a good judge and a good person it ain't protecting her health she took the wrong road in life and she killed a child because she was mature enough to go around fucking men but didn't want to be mature enough to stop her lifestyle to care for another humans life... Because God forbid if a young woman has a child that's just so wrong because she's a child herself but nobody talks about how wrong it is that these little ass girls are going around acting like grown women not knowing how to conduct themselves as grown women and not knowing how to protect themselves as grown women are supposed to do so to me that's an excuse if you're going to act like a grown woman or a grown person PERIOD then you need to conduct yourself as such... PERIOD!!! THAT BABY DIDN'T ASK TO BE BORN INTO THIS WORLD SO IT SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE STRIPPED OF GOOD AND BAD LIFE EXPERIENCES BECAUSE IT'S AN INCONVENIENCE TO YOU WHEN YOU WERE DOING SOME SHIT YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO DO TO BEGIN WITH AND CAN'T NOBODY CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE I DON'T GIVE A SHIT IF SHE WAS A CHILD SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ACTING LIKE A CHILD NOT HAVING SEX AT THAT AGE

At 23 my father asked me to do the most disgusting act as we were discussing my marriage the next week. I was so furious, he molested me a couple times when I was a child. He died the day after I got married. I married an alcoholic. I had no self esteem. I am disabled, now I am a widow of 3 years, I met a good man after my divorce from the alcoholic, it to me 14 years to leave and divorce him. I was the bread winner. My late husband was good to me and he was everything to me and we were married 22 years. We both were retired, I miss him and yes, I have mental health problems from abuse. It can destroy a child. The hardest part is I believe in God and wonder where my father is in eternity. Not a lot of people go to heaven if they don't repent. I have forgiven them, no, he wasn't the only one that abused me. It haunts me consistently.

I’ve been molested by my own father and my babysitter’s kids. Which were like 6 years older then me. Ended up going through therapy because I started repeating things done to me on other kids, Didn’t know it was wrong. At the time I was told by my mother I was a compulsive liar & what I told her wasn’t true. That I made stories up in my head. I have children of my own now and it’s very scary. I’m scared everyday & pray so hard God keeps helping me break generational curses. My grandma was raped and so was my mom and her siblings & I was molested & I stopped it from happening to my siblings when they were with me I protected them. I will not have that because molestation is wrong & so is rape. I was in diapers when it happened to me. Also 5 also 11, 12 by men my mom brought into the house as well. My mom to the day is on crack cocaine. I salute this women no matter what she is trying. We aren’t all fortunate to have an education , life gets hard and we don’t all live in the same conditions and circumstances. Any form of education is a blessing. Just be prepared. They may reject you. Your abuser, if he has a big mouth, has money or people love him too much? They will gang up on you. Know when to walk away and stay away. I hope this doesn't happen but it often does. Also, never, ever trust your children with any family member who sides with your abuser. I get so mad when victims put their own children back into the hands of an abuser or one of their cheerleaders. You should go to jail too if you do that. Abusers may change but never do you trust them. EVER.

So glad the judge saw straight thru that narcissist mother!! Having an extremely toxic mother myself, and it being a family generational curse, I can sadly relate to this daughter. You GO GIRL!! You've got a level head on your shoulders, and are a hard working mother to your kids. Sounds like you've worked through a lot of trauma regarding your Mom, in order to break free from that curse and see the truth! Girl, when the judge let you speak your piece at the end, I sure hope it felt as good as it looked!! Cause it was awesome! We daughters of NMs know there's not many occasions to REALLY speak our piece to our N.Moms, cause they just interrupt over you to the point of screaming or acting all dramatic, then start twisting things around (Gaslighting) till you can't see the road anymore. I'll sometimes get surprised and just lose my train of thought while trying to stand my ground against NM, because I'm so utterly shocked and dumbfounded at some of her crazy accusations. They live in their own fairy tale world where they are the undisputed queen of everything. So yeah, good for you girl for getting to have your say ( and for that judge giving you the space to do it!). Sadly, it won't have any effect on her, but damm it must've felt great!

This popped up on my feed, crazy I had an argument with my mom today! She is the same way… I didn’t have kids until 18. But I lived with men since I was 14! I had jobs, I put myself through school, my grandmother and aunt helped how they could. But my mother was selfish her whole life and still is and now reflects it onto my kids. You have to separate yourself from mothers like this! They are sick. Funny I told my friend my mother minus well had gotten high. My siblings have no connections with eachother, and she calls herself TAKING BREAKS from us when we tell her how she hurts us and continues to. She shows favoritism towards my daughter because she’s Lightskin, and doesn’t do anything with my son because he’s darker. My sons birthday was December 2. She told him happy birthday, but for my daughter she threw her a skate party. When I confronted her she told me she was saving money to havetummy tuck. Then said my kids are ungrateful because they broke their toys, but my daughters birthday was right after Christmas… was she not ungrateful too? It’s horrible. I felt this. My grandmother raised me. And I begged to go with my mother at 12. Big mistake. Never met my father, my grandmother had a man on child support because his name was on my birth certificate, come to find out at 12 he wasn’t my father and I still have his last name! At least she had a step mom!

I can literally hear the liquor and drugs through her mothers voice. The years of liquor makes her voice raspy. And the disrespect of how she's treating and talking about her daughter. I'm only 3 mins in. Smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ Oh my God. I'm tearing up. This women just said, "I never said I been penetrated, I said I been touched and given oral sex since I was 4". I have two daughters and a son. If I find out anything like this has happened, I don't care what age they are when they tell me, we both are going to handle business together. My child will KNOW, I'm they protector. May the courts have pitty on me if I get caught. Thank you Judge, this was the right call. She tried to sue her daughter and now her daughter gets the full amount. I wish it can be more.

So everyone seem to ignore all the plaintiff did in response to the accusations and the attempts to uncover the truth but would rather side with the defendant just based on her words. This is how so many people have had their lives destroyed based on false/unverified accusations.
@reecespieces9740
@reecespieces9740 2 жыл бұрын
If you listen to the Plaintiff's testimony, she said she first heard about the molestation last year. Then she back peddled and lied, saying she heard about it six years ago. You let people talk long enough, and they will tell on themselves.
@juantubey
@juantubey 2 жыл бұрын
@@reecespieces9740 That's the typical nitpicking the judge does like he has never misspoken before. Most people who come to the show are not professionals and have to deal with the nerves of being in front of a camera and do the best to prepare/present their case. So if you listen further, the plaintiff explained herself when the judge finally let her speak. From her testimony she clearly took action appropriately when she heard about the issue through 3rd parties because the daughter didn't bring it to her but rather Facebook. Also, from her testimony it appears she did believe the defendant at the start but the doubts set in when the plaintiff would not submit to the lie detector test like the accused were willing. In my opinion, she did everything she was supposed to do appropriately. If you have time, google Alice Sebold and read the news story. This is one of the many cases of lives ruined due to false accusations and why it is super important to be thorough when it comes sensitive issues like this and why I'm willing to give the plaintiff the benefit of the doubt because she took the right steps. If you watched this show long enough you would know that people would cook up any story to exonerate themselves and discredit the other person as much as possible. And sometimes the judge makes it easy fro them by being subjective(emotional) rather than objective even in the face of evidence.

@@lisai2110 you gotta remember that she never spoke on it until she was with her father & conceived her first child. She didn’t want to be separated from her siblings. She was definitely a strong resilient girl to go through all that. I wonder if he knew about the abortions tho.

Being a victim of sexual abuse, I feel for this young lady. I grew up in fear and to this day fear remains. Having people out here who don’t protect their children is sickening. I’m glad that you was brave enough to tell your story. Keep your head up sis

I know how she feels. My mother was with him since I was 2 he started when I was 9 until I was able to fight back and tell at 13. My mother wrapped her hands around my throat and slammed me against the wall screaming he didn't do it when the police told her. She is still with him to this day.

I was molested by several people growing up. My mother knew and didn’t save me. I have mental scars and I’m just now getting therapy for it at 44. I commend this young woman for telling her story.

My mother has been through the same thing and she’s 45. As a daughter of a strong woman like you, I want to tell you how proud I am of you for finding the beautiful things in life again. And especially for getting the help you need. You deserve to have an amazing life and I hope it continues to go up.

No, a few do but someone taught them that. That is very few. Most are telling the truth. Sadly, I feel when the parent objects too much. When you can investigate and see how much one parent is depending on the accused abuser, you can see why the adults are supporting the liar and going against the child.

@@zoedaflower9914 I was saying that the first sentence was a lie. And it honestly depends. Some children do seek attention when they feel they aren’t getting enough. Now, ofc, I’m not saying that all children do this cause there are some pretty terrible cases out there but I have read some on a kid lying to get attention.
