The series was really hurt when Gina Torres / Jessica left…. It was also a shame she didn’t feature in the finalé, it was nice when she cameo’d in a few later episodes along with Mike, but it was a shame the show lost these main characters

The way the character of Jessica was handled throughout the series was superb. Underestimated at every turn but she smacked the taste of everyone who did. Made mistakes and owned up to each one of them and learned from them while also being the boss woman of the show the entire time.

Every single time, this makes me tear up. Jessica Pearson's character was ELITE writing in this show. 💯

Rachel and Jessica dynamic was great. I also wanted to see Katrina and Harvey dynamic but never get to see one
@BlakeMartin8023 күн бұрын
Dude, Rachel is so insufferably arrogant. She has such a hard time coming to terms that experience as a paralegal and experience as a practicing attorney are not equivalent. I think the irony in her character stems for how she wants to make it on her own and not rely on her father, but she still relies heavily on her more adept coworkers, kind of like Donna. Also, it's funny how Jessica still refers to the firm as "Pearson Specter" instead of "Pearson Specter Litt." Just shows that considering Louis blackmailed his way into becoming a named partner, she still doesn't regard him as one.
@jmhorange3 күн бұрын
Louis may have blackmailed his way to named partner, but let's be honest, everyone used Mike's secret to get ahead professionally, even Jessica. As Mike told her one day when she demanded him to stay late, she could have fired Mike when she first found out, but instead she kept him around because it helped her retain power and crush her enemies. Probably in her head, the firm is named Pearson.
@scifirealism59439 сағат бұрын
Jessica also would never had made Louis name partner because even though he deserved it, she is ambivalent towards him. Her and Harvey never really accepted Louis as an equal.

I hate when they write to solve the problem to get the person to tell the truth with a bluff like that. If he knew that Maria didn’t have a roommate then why tell the truth? I would be like “ok where’s the said roommate?” Oh she doesn’t exist what does that change? Boom gets away with it
@baked742355 минут бұрын
TBF that was the only choice, they had to get him to admit it since there was no evidence and he was kinda forced to otherwise it lead to further pigeonholing. It does change things because it means he has intimate knowledge about Maria which would be very odd for him to know the witness especially when he shouldn't know

Have you been on death row for 12 years for a crime you didn't commit? Lost everything and everyone you love because someone was determined to see you dead for no reason other than they thought you deserved it? Try a bit of empathy.
