Suji Milk Cake Recipe | Semolina Milk Cake | Easy & Delicious Milk Cake Recipe | Rava Milk Cake
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ Cup Ghee
1 Cup Suji / Semolina
Roast In Low Flame
Roast For 7-8 Min.
It Will Lightly Change the Colour
Turn Off the Flame
¾ Cup Milk Powder (Add Gradually)
Turn On the Flame
Cook For 1 Min.
Making Sugar Syrup:
¾ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Water
Let It Boil
Add Semolina Gradually
Mix Well
Cook For 5 Min.
It Will Be Separate From the Pan
¼ Tspn Baking Soda
Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Pour
Spread
Set It For 1 Hour
Remove From the Mould
