Thank you. Another great video... BUT... Would it be possible to zoom out to a bird view and show on a city map, where we are? Not just for this video, but for all the videos from this website an Global Travel Mate🙏

Beautiful unit. My only complaints would be the usual maid in a closet setup and a tub without jets in Thailand is a waste of space. A bigger shower would be far better, especially here where the shower's crammed in a corner. Also, it's $993K over my budget and it's leasehold. Leasehold, where you pay for a property but don't actually own it and after the terms of the lease expire, you have to move or pay again with no guarantee the price will not increase. I'm willing to bet that even though the property's leasehold, the resident will be responsible for the monthly maintenance fee.

The leasehold is usually 99 years. I’m sure you’ll be around to move or pay again. people like you and the way you think is the reason why a leasehold is put in place

@@playthis5994 Yes, the terms of a leaseholds can generally range from 25 to 120 years. England even has terms of 999 years. You may not be around to pay in 99 years but what about the family members you leave the property to. I'll admit, as leasehold properties are generally cheaper than freehold and depending on the specific terms, they can be a viable option for those on a fixed income or those purchasing the property as a rental unit but for most home buyers, leasehold property is a bad option, because no matter the purchase price, the leaseholder doesn’t build equity.
