Sometimes units are available for rent. They normally go for around 200,000 THB monthly. We had one last month, but we already rented it out.

The building is full. All duplexes. There are actually 3 Rafine buildings in Bangkok. All rented out.

@@SukhumvitHomes If the building is full, then why does your video say it is available for sale for 100 million THB? A real estate website says that of the 86 units in the building, 63 are for rent, and 40 of those are also for sale. Doesn't sound full to me.

@@Mark-rw3kw for sale means that somebody owns it and lives there and wants to sell it. Don't believe websites where agents can post their units. Many times the same unit is posted over 10 times by different agents. And the moment the unit is rented out, they will not remove the add.

@@SukhumvitHomes OK, you are correct about the different agents posting the same unit, but that building does have some units for sale and for rent. And I don't care how popular duplexes are, I personally am not willing to rent or buy a unit that is a two story duplex.
