Please note that if you use a raw egg, you confirm that you can eat raw.
I used a raw egg that is ready to eat.
Today, I'm going to make "KANSAI STYLE SUKIYAKI".
There are two kinds of sukiyaki recipe in Japan.
The one is kanto style and the other is kansai style.
The biggest difference between them is using "Warishita sauce" or not.
Ingredient ( for 2 or 3 )
Japanese leek 100g
Shungiku 150g
Maitake mush room 80g
Shimeji mushroom 80g
Enoki mushroom 80g
Firm tofu 200g
Konjac noodles 80g
Sliced chuck eye roll 400g
Beef tallow 5g
Sugar 20g
Sake 100ml
Soy sauce 100ml
2 or 3 Eggs
how to cook
1. Cut the vegetables and firm tofu into bite size pieces.
2. Burn firm tofu with a blowtorch until the surface gets slightly burned.
3. Warm the pot.
3. Add the beef tallow to the pot and let it soften.
4. Add the beef and lightly cook it.
5. Add sugar, sake and soy sauce.
6. Add vegetables, firm tofu and konjac noodles.
7. It comes to a boil, it's ready to eat !
