Sukka Boomla Nu Patio is a traditional Parsi recipe that is popular in many households. This recipe is often called Tarapori Patio as it's made in the same style but sometimes with prawn instead of the dried bombay duck. Boomla Patio is more of a Parsi pickle and can be stored for several days. If you have any questions let me know in the comments below !

This dish originated in Goa, AND the credit goes to them which has been adopted/improvised in various regions to suit one's palate.

Another Parsi favoarite comes out of our Triple T's kitchen Tho' one could be repelled when nostrils are smitten But spicy and sour With wee sweet power The flavors bust brilliantly as the first morsel's bitten!

I think prawn would be epic, not to sure of the chicken. I honestly haven't tried either but I think it would work really well with prawn. Just remember prawns cook fast so don't cook it for more than 6 minutes or it will turn rubbery. Just cook the masala and towards the end add the prawns :)

These are already washed and dried. You can buy them like this
