NOTE: This video was filmed and edited before the war in Gaza. Its style, therefore, does not reflect the gravity of the situation today, and the suffering millions are going through in the occupied territories. I am publishing this series mostly in the order that I filmed it, so this episode does not cover the war, and is just a glimpse into a Jewish holiday. You can find videos about the war, occupation, and their impacts on Palestinians on my channel, and more will be published in the future.

You captured the celebrations beautifully; I’ve actually learned a lot about my own culture. It is strange to think this was not so long ago, after all that has happened in the last year. Let’s hope for peace.

As a Jew the holidays and holy days since oct ‘23 are incomplete without praying for our brothers and sisters in Palestine

No confundir judaismo con sionismo el sionismo es ajeno a esas tierras de oriente medio si son de países europeo allí deben estar y no ocupar tierras de arabia

Zionism is as ancient as Judaism, we’ve always longed to return to independence in our homeland, we did it in the time of the khashmonaim, we tried to do it in the time of shabbatai zevi, and we’ve successfully done it again in 1948 and onwards. You can cry about the fact that we refuse to be under foreign rulers thumbs whose minds about us always changed year by year and would never guarantee us guarding in the wake of attack for our identity, keep doing it, it only ever makes us happier to know we will never submit to your forced dispersal of us ever again.
