i actually have the real answer to sakuna's technique. i cracked it wile watching this video refresher so props to zhoniin for that. it all makes sense now. his technique IS sorcery itself not cleave or dismantle or divine flame. and the clues where there the whole time, allow me to explain. remember when it was said japan was the epicenter of cursed energy and sorcerers because of the high death rate ? its stated its very rare for anyone to be a sorcerer outside of japan. and then there is the question ( why did sakuna decide to go to the future ) his " shrine " ability keeps the death count and cursed energy of any sorcerer he kills. he " enshrines " it. back in his era 2000 years ago no one wanted to fight him, he stopped growing. so hes going to the future because he literally beat that era. there was nothing worthy to "enshrine" its the very first binding vow hes ever made, that he will always find more to absorb, more food. its second binding vow is that after a certain number of people hes killed, he gains a technique. thus cleave, dismantle, and divine flame. and REMEMBER! sakuna is picky about who he deems worthy. it makes sense he only has those 3 at the moment because he never really found any interesting enuf to take. AND for even more sense to be added to this, zhoniin mentioned the weird parallels to cooking. thats BY design. sakuna took those techniques because to him, he IS cooking with them. hes adding ingredients to his shopping list of cursed energy ( the meat ) and curse techniques ( the spices ). if this is wrong id be VERY surprised i mean maybe im crazy but this makes so much sense im pretty much asigned to believing that this is the whole twist to the series.

I think cutting and splitting is his technique. I think the secret is how it works. I think cleave and dismantle work by cutting between atoms which is why we don't see projectiles. And Fuga or Divine Flames is the ability to control a form of fission where he uses the technique to cut atoms themselves and create a nuclear fire. Which is why it was way hotter than Jogos volcano fire. Could explain why Cleave and Dismantle has to be used before, he needs to tune and warm up before cutting atoms themselves.

I thought of sukuna's fire power was something like that, before. That is he needs to have the shrine ability to cut people off and at the same time use their fear of some kind (like jogo's fire meteorite) as a cursed energy (a spark) to create a powerful fire power, simultaneously. Sukuna's "Plot Armor" is honestly only valid if you're talking about the Cursed Tool situation, which is fine to say. His binding vows can't be tied to "plot armor" if him and Kenjaku have been abusing the Binding Vows system that's been established since the few starting chapters of the manga. That's why Sukuna's the strongest, not only because of his absurd potent strength, but his 1,000 Knowledge of Jujutsu and his thirst for that never ending knowledge of Jujutsu. Gojo absolutely put on a masterclass performance, which gives way for good discussions of him being put at the top, but the fight between them two proved why Sukuna's the strongest and why Gojo couldn't. There are multiple reasons, but the main reason was their mindsets when it comes to both battle and the way they lived. Chapter 236 and Chapter 238 are beautiful examples of that.
