Hi, I’m Sully, and I’m here to tell you my tail-wagging tale! First things first: I’ve been hanging out at my foster home for over a month now, and guess what? I haven't had a single paw out of line! Yay me! I’m like the canine version of a well-behaved houseguest. Treats are my jam-I’ll happily munch on anything that comes my way. But don’t let my size fool you; I don't eat as much food as you would think for a guy my size. I was born in May of 2021, and I don't have any bad habits but I'm not too keen on getting in and out of the car. See, I’ve had my share of adventures-some good, some not-so-good. Lost from home, parents never found me at the shelter-the whole shebang. But once I’m in that car, I ride like a dignified gentleman. No barking, no fuss. Just quiet contemplation, like a philosopher pondering the mysteries of the road. Heat? Nope, not my scene. I’d rather be indoors, snuggling with my person, soaking up ear scratches and belly rubs. Alone time? Nah, not for this social floof. I patiently wait for my foster mom to come get me so we can hang out together. In addition to my impeccable manners, I’m also a stunningly handsome guy and I love to be brushed, and I’m a very good boy for my baths. Gotta keep this gorgeous coat looking fine! My most favorite part of the day is when I go for a long walk at night. My foster mom lets me sniff and sniff until she calls me Sullivan-that’s my cue to strut my stuff, leash manners intact. No pulling, no zigzagging-just a gentlemanly stroll under the moonlight! I don't mind a crate, but truth be told, I really don't need one. No messes, no shenanigans. I wait patiently for my foster mom, because that’s what good boys do. I've met lots of small dogs through the fence at the dog park-boy are they annoying. Yip yip yip...time to move on! But the bigger dogs? Now, those are more my speed! It was nice to meet them, but honestly, I’m more focused on the important sniffing I need to do! As for the resident cat, she wasn’t particularly fond of me but I’m sharp enough to know when to give space-smart and considerate, that’s me! So, if you're looking for a loyal companion who enjoys the finer things in life-snuggles, walks, and maybe a treat or two-I’m your man! I’m ready to add a dash of charm and a whole lot of love to your home!
