When I was washing fleets I used 2 step method,high ph brown truck wash soap and low ph acid/aluminum brightener.

man i love fleet washing this is pretty cool because the exact site your washing old dominion is a regular customer that we do. been having 2 guys for the last year bringing in 16k a week. you definitely wanna have a brusher too brush the tractors and some great acid for the tanks

Is hot water the norm? I’ve been doing trucks for a few months now and I haven’t, but maybe I’m missing something? I have hot water- just have t used it on them. ..

I have a hot water machine but with chemicals that I use I RARELY use the hot water.... There are so many chemicals on the market today that are dedicated to cold water.

It’s a chem called Bulkie fleet wash. It worked but I’m gonna try something new next time

Those gas tanks need some acid but otherwise solid process. We brush our trucks just leads to better quality in the next cycle. Doesn't take much extra time if you can physically do it.

@charizardlv95 yep definitely agree brushing definitely leads too better quality and definitely has it health benefits if u can be consistent with it. lol it’s crazy too think about i’ve worked myself up too a point where i do 50 trucks by myself brushed down tanks pre acid soaked and all

@@1Tizshaun nice bro we take care of about 3200 trucks/vans in the Raleigh Winston area! Gotta get down and dirty but if you got a two man crew on each truck you can run it up

@@CharizardLv95 oh nice me and the other guy cover 7 days a week multiple fleet jobs so we always run solo no 2 man crew we do different days i do thu-sun usually but we’re pulling in 15k-17k a week all commercial work so not bad at all. we service pretty much all Northern Alabama & the surround Tn Areas
