It's a variety of factors. Deryck's health, Tom's commitment to Gob, Dave wanting to restart Brown Brigade, and Frank and his variety of projects. Cone is probably the only one who doesn't really have anything else going on. I just wish Stevo was here to experience the end of Sum.

People who don't know these guys as musicians and only "kind of remember the sound" will say this is the type of song to feature in an American Pie movie or any American comedy.
