The initiation by RNA polymerases requires the assembly of a large complex.outline the order of events that result in initiation ,and indicate the type of molecular interactions that are involved in transcription in prokaryotic? Really informative video, but firstly it's important to note that DNA is packaged with histones as chromatin, so the structure of the DNA must be altered to allow binding of the GTF's (TFIID etc), either by ATP-mediated nucleosome remodelling or promoter acetylation by HAT's
