Another small correction: I believe the proteins discussed at the end are called pentons and hexons

Sir, here what triggers DNA polymerase to intiate replication? Since its a viral DNA wont our cell recognise it as foreign gene
@shomusbiologyofficial4 жыл бұрын
No. Viral dna prevents some enzymes from working inside our cell

The E4 gene also promotes immune modulation.

I think you have a small mistake at the end of the lecture. E2 is not relevant to inhibit p53 function, but E1 does. E2 encodes the 80kD protein pTP, 140kD protein Ad pol and DNA binding protein, which play important roles during viral replication.

How long does the Adenovirus stay in the body? Because I have Keratoconus. And I tried to recap how it happened. And by chance I came across Adenovirus. The sad truth is that my beloved dad (he died one year ago) and me went to a diving trip to the Maldives in 2011. We first were there 2010 with my mum. (before sadly my parents divorced) Today I read something about (German: Augengrippe). Then everything became clear. Because I have Keratoconus since after the second trip to Olhuveli, Maldives in 2011 where only me & my dad went to make our OWD. (open water diver) And I think I have this eye disease from water. Means: Indoors where we had to prepare for OWD, it is not possible to get infected by human poo. But: Maybe in salt water. By chance I have seen in a documentary in German 📺 that exactly where the ship lane is on this island, there also is the shit lane. Means: They leave the crap from the toilets exactly into the ship lane. But the main beach also exactly is there. So... It really can be that I have my eye disease because they leave their guests basically bath in shit on the beach. In Adenovirus... And because of the first sentence you mention that Adenovirus can cause cancer, all made perfect sense to me. Means: I had to go through a 🩸y diarrhea infection in 2010 where I had to shit blood one night long. (the worst diarrhea I ever had) That was after the first trip in 2010. In 2011 I received from the same place Keratoconus & my dad died in 2019 from non-Hodgkin cancer with only 73 years of age. Because Olhuveli Beach Spa & Resort, Maldives leave their canalisation directly into the sea water in front of the beach into the ship lane & I want everyone to know what can happen if you further go to this particular island. 😔 🙏 I do this for my dad. And he is 💀 now since one year. (02/19/2019) 🥺 Nic Balint 🇨🇭
