So what happens after the DNA thats bound to the beads via the adaptors are sequenced and have their primers trimmed? You mentioned that that after the primers are trimmed, something is broken down into smaller fragments. You referring to the DNA thats been trimmed of its primers? I’m stuck at around 9:24 on this video.

why the sanger and maxam and gilbert dna sequencing are genereally not used in these method ?
