myo means muscle cells, which are cells that can do contractile force. epithelial cells are cells line line a surface (ex skin, blood vessels, digestive tract, etc). if you combine the two, they are cells that contract to push products through a tube. more specifically they are in salivary glands, so they push saliva out of tubes coming from salivary glands
