I have a friend who who was a mechanical engineer at Eglin Air Force Base during Ronald Reagan's presidency. One evening, I was passing by his desk when I saw a sheet of notebook paper with a math equation that took up nearly the entire page. I asked him what it's about. He told me he develops designs for Reagan's space war weapons. I asked him how this math creates a weapon. So he walked me through how an engineer sees the structure of a space gun and all its parts including the metal used, thickness of the walls of the barrel, length, width, shape, etc. It was fascinating. My friend was so cool.

@@Sci-FiCentral You're quite welcome. So glad you enjoyed it. I love your channel. Everything involved in every aspect of the entire weapon was in that math problem. The only other times I've seen such long math was in one photo of Einstein and in a movie called Alien Trespass.

I also have a theory. Given the violence of humanity now and in the past, I've thought maybe we were the prison planet for the universe. The least violent among us defended from the prison personnel and the rest of us from the prisoners.

I think we should make a base at the bottom of the ocean, it would be the safest place to be in an apocalyptic world, and definitely not far away.
@jewelweed68804 ай бұрын
Maybe. The upkeep would be a bear. And so many ways for it to be disastrous. So many ways to die. So much tech related to life support, so many components that could fail. For the want of a nail...the station implodes or something. Just a few simple mistakes, someone having a lazy day on a monthly check.
