The plan Boruto beat Hidari, Ryu and Matsuri with the help of Sarada MGS, Mitsuki SM, Konuhamro, and sand ninja while Jura is in konoha fighting with Himawari and Kawaki, he will hold back because Konoha's culture and knowledge is important for him and he needs Kawaki and Himawari to be food so he can't use all his power also Bug is going to be defeated by Deamon easly as Hidari with Boruto, so Jura is gonna fight Deamon too, and if that wasn't enough to beat Jura then Momoshiki power will take him also Kawaki awakening his Shibai's cells with that powers up, they can beat him, Delta might be useful because she had also shibai cells too

Koji wasnt saying that flying comes frm space time ninjjutsu, he was saying the ability to fly and the ability to use space time ninjutsu are both things that the otsutsuki can naturally do.
