Hello , plz can you help me to calibrate the x and y and z on sumitomo t - 72c because It shows me error motor calibration due to a crash of the splicer on the ground

Hi, sorry about the late reply. We do not know how to calibrate the motors, only Sumitomo has the passcode that allows them to enter the debug mode to modify the motors. I believe it also requires opening the unit and resetting the position of the gears.

I use different technique, I clean the fibers after cutting in this way the v groves will remain clean longer. Also i use clamp on protections is way more faster.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Only Sumitomo can recover the password on this unit - as far as I know. Have you tried contacting your local distributor?
