I'm sorry that your flea market sold years ago. Ours is about 40 minutes away from where we live (we also live in a super small town--not even a grocery store here). They had it up for sale a few years back, but someone bought it and the business, so it's still here! The cats are doing well--still having their little spats, but they both seem happy. Thank you so much for always taking the time to leave such sweet comments :)

Thank you so much :) American Girl runs sales sometimes that include the 18 inch dolls (it can be a great deal, like 20% off). You could pretty much have your pick of any of the historical characters or Truly Me dolls on those kinds of sales.

You know that thing that happens when you get a rewards certificate and you hold out and hold out waiting for an AG sale to pop up and then you get to the end of the cycle and you realize you need to 'use it or lose it', so you do....and the very next day a FLASH AG Sale of 40% OFF pops up, as if by evil magic? lol

Great rescues! I'm enjoying your make over videos. It helps me with cleaning the baby dolls I find at the Goodwill. Most of the baby dolls I find are quarter limbs. They are smaller in size. I have found two bitty babies. Also baby Alive and other style baby dolls like Cititoys and hasbro. Plus Walmart brand. I have found a KS Toys, Kingstate dolls and JC Toys ( Berenguer) . I do follow you on flinkr. I want to do like you ladies and categorize my baby dolls. Still looking for my first Cabbage Patch Kids doll. Great video 👍❤️👍

I got a question with the 2010s light up Bratz dolls. Can you take those light up Bratz dolls heads off??? Because I got the Meygan one that i got from my mother back on Christmas of 2013 & I'm wondering if i could take the dolls head off or not???

They have wires that run up into their heads. But you can snip the wires once you loosen the head I'm guessing. You just have to make sure to soften the head in hot water first, so it comes off easier. I hope that helps :)

Do you know how to get yellow discoloration off a Doll? Any tips or is it too hard to get off a Doll?

It can be done with peroxide, the same as with any stains. However, the yellowing returns, and sometimes worsens (the yellowing is caused by a chemical reaction in the plastic, so treating the surface is only temporary).

I never collected those :) A lot of times doll lines get discontinued because they aren't selling well, so that could be why.
