Isn't the entire event will be permanent interlude just like SERAPH? I believe they mention that in the stream, otherwise it won't make sense for people that join the game later on since they gonna get Perma lock if part 1 isn't permanent

I assume it will be, since it's a requirement for OC3. Wouldn't be the first time a seasonal event becomes a Main Interlude, given Altera's Christmas event; and they did add Tunguska as a MI relatively quickly. I'm guessing they'll add Dubai as a Main Interlude around the release of OC3's final part.

I assume so, it doesn't make any sense to not main interlude this when it's a prerequisite. Unless they remove that requirement, but that doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Yeah, usually the events that don't turn into main interludes act like fever dreams that are on the level of Schrodinger's. It's a story that is both canon and non canon until proven in some way. While those events did take place, everything is kind of redacted towards when they refer to it in the main story.

Kinda funny, but the ServaFes Summer Event where BB was also the main cast, is also kinda canon because 1. BB created it because she foresaw the LB arc will begin and want us to just be safe in her eternal summer paradise. 2. Goredolf debuted here as a random NPC as he somehow ended up there. He also confirmed that he has a vague memory about it in the Artic Summer event. He thought it was just a weird dream. But he was shocked when he heard that there was a huge Servants gathering in Hawaii years ago, and his brain just shutdown lol.

Not gonna lie I dig this approach. Not only it make this particular Summer sort of cannon or having major impact to the Main story, but we go straight to the OC III from it, and it’s Mooncancer OC which is also bonus point. Well done on this 👍

Maybe there will be something about Alter Egos too. Remember. This extra class is originally BB's creation. I've read some of JP discussions, and they speculates that this chapter is the Ordeal Call for BB (MoonCancer) and her Sakura 5 (Original Alter Egos). The first OC is more on Kama vs Durga and less about the Alter Ego class itself. Unlike OC2 where the Avengers are the main focus. So this OC might bring some Alter Ego plot too. And looking at how heartbreaking the previous OC, how Nasu is the one who writes the story, and that one part where BB looks sad in the second trailer, things might be heavy... My prediction, the BB and her Sakura 5 is dissappearing in the end. But the true Master of the MoonCell, Hakuno & Hakunon, will do something about it.

They gave you Leyline Stones, which basically act as full party revives if you lose. You should really only need those in 2 fights in the main game: Demeter (LB5) and Cernunnos (LB6).

Tbf the ending of OC2 was basically the resolution that Avengers and a Master who chose not to partake in the ways of vengeance don't mix. That's why the Avengers left us for Antarctica. OC3 will likely have a similar resolution; that is, Moon Cancers will be seen as too dangerous to be kept around Chaldea. Look at BB -- she's basically a nigh-omnipotent AI who can either be our savior or our downfall depending on her mood. Same goes for Kiara and Arcueid. Hence they will probably depart Chaldea after OC3 just like the Avengers did after OC2. And if this trend continues, then OC4 will likely cause the Rulers to leave as well, since they must remain neutral in maintaining balance. Being around a human Master like Fujimaru would threaten to interfere with their task, so for our sake (and that of the Counter Force) they must depart Chaldea. Then, and only then, will the way to Antarctica open up, and the true final battle of Fate/Grand Order will begin.

They basically just want to rid of unnecessary event, since they know those kind of "out of nowhere" event doesn't sells well. This actually include the annual event, what is the last time we even get Halloween? 2 years ago? You could expect stuff like summer and Xmas to "fade out" as well later on (Summer start to get mixed with other stuff and Xmas already on the bring of extinction with NA this year Xmas only being a rerun of last year due to lb7, while JP last year Xmas only last 11 days, which is even less than rerun 🤣)

Yeah, she will appear in OC 4 that's about Ruler since the location is in Italy, and from the teaser is about Divine Comedy. But at the same maybe there will be OC 5 because Chaldea still has Foreigner Servant on their side.

What's the meaning of rushing through the story to play story that is further ahead? I mean I did skip quite a few of early lostbelts and singularities (cause they mostly suck), but the later chapters are so good that rushing through them seems like a waste...

The only real "unskippable" story arcs are really: - Camelot - Babylonia - Solomon - LB Prologue into Anastasia (LB1) - Atlantis and/or Olympus (LB5) - Avalon le Fae (LB6) - Traum - Nahui Mictlan (LB7) Everything aside from those can be skipped since you aren't missing too much. Of the story arcs I mentioned, LB6 will take you the longest. It also has the hardest story boss in the game to date (that being Cernunnos).

@@cameraredeye3115 Yup, completely agree! And that's exactly why I don't like the idea of rushing through the later lostbelts just to unlock access to OC prologue and get to read OC 3. Sure, you can later read them in the archive, but I think it takes a lot out of your enjoyment. At least I really liked reading the story and actually beating the bosses in the process and I'm pretty sure I would not enjoy it as much if I did it separately. I can't even guarantee I'd go to the archive to read the story afterwards like this...

That's just mean there won't be any other event in between August to October (which is the period that usually preoccupied by "out of nowhere" event like wandjina event last year), OC4 can still be finished in December if they decided to (or early Jan, assuming they still do Xmas)

@@anotheronebitesthedust-fs6wr With how darn small the number of playable Moon Cancers are, it's very likely their whole roster will be LINK LOST. Though I'm not sure about Kiara or Arc since: - Kiara's original class is Alter Ego, and as we saw in OC1, they're "safe" to keep around. - Arc has never had any major story role in the game and is shaping up to have hers here, so having her be LINK LOST in her only major event (so far) would be a major loss, character-wise.

I'm predicting that the whole Moon Cancer class will be deemed too dangerous to keep at Chaldea, so we'll have to release them just like we did the Avengers. The reason why the Avengers left after OC2 is because Fujimaru chose to not partake of the path of vengeance, so that class of Servants would threaten to poison his soul (just like vengeance does to a human IRL) if they stayed. Moon Cancers might pose a threat to the entire world if they stuck around, so we'll likely need to convince them to leave Chaldea after OC3. As for Rulers, we might also be saying goodbye to them after OC4 since that class must remain neutral and balanced, which they cannot do while around Fujimaru and Chaldea.

@@cameraredeye3115 Seeing as Moon Cancers and Rulers are very likely to be LINK LOST, that leaves us with the Foreigners as our remaining Extra Class units. Even then, them being literal aliens means they might be banished too. (Unless Dantes telling Abby that she is "the key" foreshadows something.) From a gameplay perspective, I wonder how they would reflect the LINK LOST status of the removed characters during the finale of Part 2. They would probably be undeployable (including their non-Extra variants as we saw with Summer Jalter) until the story allows us to do so again - and that is a huge IF.

Thecsetting has quite a few Arab NPCs. Also, Bunnytoria changed from a casino dealer to some other job (restaurant or shop manager, I'm not sure) because there are no casinos in Dubai due to anti-gambling laws.

back when LB6 released on NA, it took me a bit over a week of constantly grinding story with all my natural AP to catch up, as long as you got some good servants and a lot of time and willpower, it should be possible (especially with the amount of blue stones they are giving out, you can just revive 20 times in one fight if it is too tough)
