Hi Randy! I'm new to your channel. I love your channel because your personality and you make these seemingly impossible dishes, possible! Just so you know the food attracted me to watch the first time, but YOU are the main ingredient that made me want to be a subscriber! I've been practically binge watching your videos and it all started with me wanting to try something different for Christmas dinner! Thank you so much!

I wish I lived next door to you, Randy! You are my kind of cook. You celebrate Life through food, Theatre, travel, friendship, and family. Thank you and your crew for bringing us Dinner Party Tonight. It is greatly appreciated. I am making your Onion relish today:-)

We of your northern neighbour, Canuckistan, have a drink similar to (as we Canadians think) better than a Bloody Mary. It’s called a Bloody Caesar made with Motts Clamato juice and seasoned exactly the same way as Bloodys Marys. Try it. The clam juice gives the wonderful Mary a more piquant flavour. As a matter of fact, I’m going to have one (very spicy) right now. Cheers from Colin.

Such a lovely diversion! Most Canadians seem to prefer a Bloody Ceasar (clamato juice) to Mary but I'd like to try the Icelandic approach. Everything looks completely yum.

I bought my brother and sister-in-law the makings for Cherries in the Snow last Christmas. They live in Florida and I joked that this might be the only snow they got. A week or so ago my brother commented on how much he was enjoying the Amerena cherries. Score!

If your hollandaise sauce starts to split add a couple tablespoons of warm water. That should correct it. Take care❤️

Randy, I can't believe you are throwing away the eggs whites. They keep for ever in the fridge and you can use them for Italian meringue (to top your tart for example) just get them at room temperature before you whisk them, in egg drop soups, ... You can also freeze them. Same for the potatoes, you can freeze them and then use them to thicken stews or soups or to make a Vichyssoise (which is a French potatoes and leek soup).

I bet you could add some dried or fresh peppers to the bloody mary to improve the color. Remove the seeds if you don't want heat. I always keep guajillo peppers in my kitchen.
