Because this beloved is for many to much work😂 Cooks now a days are using more pastas with cream cheese 🥵 cream and Cajun seasoning. Dessert enhanced with boxes of jello/puddings and boxed cake mixes. Don’t get me wrong I’m guilty of this every now and then. But this right here is pure cooking elegant yet made simply, with a little extra elbow grease, little more attention to detail, creativity, and love of her craft. I love it she’s like a wonderful storyteller with visual illustrations! I have all these ingredients except broccoli and cauliflowers will pick that up tomorrow and this will be my Sunday dinner my son will be truly blessed and amazed with this one. I just discovered your cooking videos today and after my first few minutes watching - AM HOOKED!!! I absolutely love watching your instructions. I am quite an accomplished cook (if circumstances in my life were different, I would have my own cooking - SOMETHING and I know I would be amazingly successful at it!) I make my chicken like this recipe and I've made pommes dauphinoise before and wasn't sure if they were correct or not. After watching your very thorough, thought provoking video, I know they did come out just as they were supposed to. THANK YOU! Love your dog, too! Off to watch some more! P.S.
