Another use for fresh pineapple: blitz pineapple, chilli flakes and fish sauce to make your own sweet chilli sauce for dipping spring rolls, sweet potato fries etc. Much nicer than the bottled stuff.

Try pickling the leftover red onion. Super simple and quick, they become a gorgeous fuscia color, and I’ve been really enjoying them on salads!

You could add drained mandarin oranges to your pie. If you don't have the yogurt, you could stir your dry Jello into the cool whip and then fold in some mandarin oranges or whatever fruit you want. For example, if you did peach flavored Jello you could do diced peaches. This can be done without crust as well. I love your videos. Thank you.

The chicken enchilada bake reminds me of a white chicken chili I made again this week in my slow cooker. So easy and only five ingredients: chicken breasts, chicken broth, salsa verde, cumin and white beans!

@@alexf9901 I just rewatched the recipe. Personally, I would add a can of drained/rinsed beans when you stir in the tortillas and sour cream. and about 1/4 cup of chicken broth so it doesn't get too thick. You could probably even add canned corn at this stage, too, just watch your moisture level after you add the tortillas because they will soak up the liquid.

I Track what I eat too, it is the best thing for me also. I would not do intermittent fasting. Eating properly throughout the day is the healthiest thing for me, it gives me proper energy mentally and physically.

I make something similar to the Jello dessert. I think it's from the Kraft website -- only with that one you layer graham crackers, the mixed filling and i think you save some plain topping for on top. You're right about choosing the flavour you're in the mood for. It's really good!

Oxo makes a pineapple coring/slicer that is the best. You end up with a sliced pineapple and a hollowed out pineapple shell that i add seltzer to and make a yummy mocktail.

That pasta salad is one of my summer time favorites. We serve with ham or chicken and then use ranch or Italian dressing whatever strikes the mood we are in 🥳🥳 it's always a winner here except for hubby he's not a pasta fan so he does him some sea food which I'm not a fan of and the kids get both if they are around!

I'm big on Walmart online ordering and I check prices and weights. Great value stuff is always as good or many times better than the name brand name. And cheaper right is always welcome. Interesting to see your prices are almost the same as ours in southern illinois. Wish we had a dollar deal on pineapples. I'd get 5, 2 to eat and 3 to cut up and freeze. That's a great deal
