Summer camping at Charles C Deam wilderness area

Summer backpacking at the Charles C Deam wilderness with friends. It doesn’t get much better than this. We met at Terrill Pond the first night and bushwhacked a path down to an incredible spot on the shore of Monroe lake for night two. Thanks to everyone that came and made it a great time.

Backpacking with Jason is really getting around the Deam these past few weeks! I've been lucky enough to have the pleasure of meeting all of these folks, so I know y'all had a great time out there 👍 Watching you guys bushwhack in shorts made me want to reach for my picaridin, though 😂 Great spot by the lake there... complete with fishing gear?!? Gotta get me one of those umbrella hats! Nice summary of the trip ✌
