You did an amazing job! You are quite talented. I probably would not use a real flag on the dining room table. Not being critical, but I choose table runners with colors that go with the theme.. By the middle of May, I had my entire house re-decorated Americana/Patriotic…But should I take it all down after the fourth and put back my seafoam green with my Cobalt blue glassware, and do a beachy theme for the rest of summer I don’t know maybe leave the americana up until fall…I guess I’ll wait and see how I feel around after the fourth!

I love everything about your Summer patriotic decor except using our flag as a table runner. For me it should always be displayed properly or folded away properly. Maybe another red, white a blue table runner along with flags in the vase. Otherwise you are such a talented and creative decorator.
