You’ve made a great choice 😁 I’m partial toward weight training when compared to other workout as I simply love to lift! 🙈 So don’t you have trainers in the gym? It’ll be better if you can ask them for guidance as I don’t know how far I can help you by replying in the comment section! How much weight you can lift depends on the exercise you’re doing and start with lighter weights and move onto heavier ones gradually. For example I started biceps with 4 pounds and now I do it with 8 pounds. Another thing,we as women don’t have the hormones to develop muscles like men so don’t worry about that ever. You’ll keep toning up and develop as much muscle as a girl can,nothing else! Please tc of your protein intake as thats very important when you start training (you need to replenish and regenerate muscle that you wear out when you work with weights! Lemme know if you have any specific body part query so I can help you out better! Good luck! Keep going 💃🏻
