Also yes The Vampyre is considered the first Vampire story and it's very inspired by Byron and yeah Byron wasn't happy about his doctor writing this and it publishing so well when he was doing a vampire poem and yeahhh...so much drama. But I enjoyed The Vampyre when I read it back in uni.

I liked the first volume of fairytail but think I need to continue reading more to really judge it. I was dithering about reading food wars or not so curious to see what your thoughts will be as you continue. Love Hannah Gold's books! I have the lost whale on my shelf to read as I really enjoyed the last bear. Nice to know the sequel is just as good as well. I enjoyed skandar and the unicorn thief a lot! Very excited for the sequel. I read hedgewitch earlier this month ^.^ Fourth wing hype has gotten to all of us 🤗 And i have fake dates and mooncakes and it sounds so sweet. Red rising is such a good book! So excited for one for my enemy and those sprayed edges are gorgeous. Always will love the lunar chronicles

Lovesickness is yet another enjoyable junji ito story collection. Right now I'm finally reading Bram Stokers Dracula; I'm 15 chapters in and what's happening right now is bringing chills down my spine. I havent read Remina or Disolving classroom; I'm more focused on reading Dracula and some more books that are still on my shelf but havent been read yet. Looking foward to what you bring to your channel in the future! I also had no idea there were final destination novels. 😊❤📚

My dads first two novels were traditionally published in the early 2000’s and for the 10th Anniversary’s he revised the manuscript and self published them (as his traditional publisher imprint no longer exists) but I don’t think that counts haha

It's about a guy who suddenly gains the ability to read peoples' minds when he touches them and he accidentally learns that the popular, charming guy from his office has been harbouring a deep crush on him for ages. There's also a live action show for it and it's really cute.

I hope you enjoy I Hate Fairyland, I adored it. If anything there are two hardbacks that cover all of the I Hate Fairyland volumes. Yeah, I jumped on the bandwagon for Fourth Wing. Mine will be coming in July. However, the special edition I was so keen about and had to have was the 70th anniversary edition of Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. That book and the animated film shaped my life because every spider I see I call Charlotte and every time a spider gets in the house I have to rescue it and make it go outside. It's a gorgeous edition and I got it from Blackwell's because the U.S. really doesn't carry that edition unless you want to pay a lot of money. Just like the Are You Afraid of the Dark books, I had no idea they made Final Destination books. That's cool! Also, thank you for the recommendations especially the new Hannah Gold book, she's basically an auto-buy author now and I have The Last Firefox, but haven't read, so I am excited that there's a new book by this author. Hope you enjoy all the books in this haul! 😊💕💕💕

If you are looking for a wholesome manga, try "I think my son is gay"! It's a really sweet story from a mum's point of view and her high school aged son coming to terms with him being gay, it's really sweet and adorable ❤

I actually just got both of the volumes of the dragons betrothed I am looking foreword to it, honestly. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on it. If I could suggest another manga to you, I would check out Go For It Nakamura and its sequel Go For It Again Nakamura by Syundei. It's about a boy who is in love with his classmate, but he's never spoken to him before. I really enjoyed it.

I adored twin crowns so much (I haven’t been reading much YA lately so it was such a surprise!) so I ordered that same edition. I decided to only get the one I liked best because I didn’t get the first ones.. I do have to fairyloot paperback edition though so I figure that’s good enough plus I still bought the standard hardcovers😅 lol and I also just hauled House Witch- that cover sold me too haha- and Horror Hotel! So fun seeing the most random books pop up in your haul that I too recently acquired 🤔 Alexandra Bracken wrote The Passenger series- i gave the first book 2 stars and DNFed the second. I also DNFed The Darkest Minds..‘I’ve come to the conclusion that her and I just don’t get along

Fun fact! The man who wrote Food Wars mostly worked in, um, the “adult manga/anime” industry which is why some people have very intense reactions when eating. As a person who usually hates fan service, I find the intense reactions really entertaining and fun! They are so over the top and campy (and very gender inclusive lol) that they lose all the sexiness
