They've been on DVD for years! All his series is on DVD apart from Lunatics. I think all were released on DVD like a month or so after the series finished on tv. I guess it depends on if they're out of print and if stores have sold out but searching for the titles on eBay should probably show people selling them.

Hopefully at some point. If Netflix didn't have them at the time we wouldn't have heard about this fuss as it seems only they decided they now have issues with them as I think the BBC in the UK still has his shows available to view.
