I am so sorry but I did NOT like the movie 😭😭 I gave it a 6/10. I feel like they tried SOO hard to make it emotional??? And I know everyone’s anxiety looks different but 1) I did NOT change overnight like that lol like they could’ve made it happen over a few months or something 2) I think that was more of a panic attack than an anxiety attack

I feel you! but I kept reminding myself that majority of their audience is kids so they have to make it really simple and digestable. of course anxiety is WAY more complex! but I just think it's amazing that movies like this are getting kids exposed to big emotions at a young age ❤ I know for me (not having ANY guidance/stability with emotions growing up), it's taken me a LOT of relearning as an adult. I hope this younger generation doesn't have to relearn as intensely with small exposure like this!
