Loved how vulnerable you were talking about your anxiety. I find that comforting to watch as well. When my anxiety was at it worst, my heart rate would be like in the 160s and it would terrify me thinking I was having a heart attack. Thankfully that doesn’t happen as much anymore. But the physical symptoms of anxiety can definitely be rough! Can’t wait to watch the show! Lovveee the book!

I’m a grandma and I’ve notice that age groups from 22 to 35 struggle with panic attacks/anxiety. My granddaughter and her husband shared their panic and anxiety attacks episodes with me and I discussed ways they could overcome those moments. I keep explaining to them that the age groups that grew up in the microwave era seems to have this situation more than my age group at their age. You all learned how to multitask and that can definitely overload your brain. Just take a deep breath, close your eyes and remind yourself that the list of tasks can roll over to the next day. I’m enjoying your episodes.

I agree panic attacks are no joke and so scary! I’ve almost called 911 a couple of times as I thought I was having a heart attack! I had to go to the ER because I broke out in Hives and I had one on the table and they were sooooooo comforting and talked about their own experiences and told me I was in a safe place! I agree it’s nice to know we are not alone!! I don’t want this series to end, so fun and you’re so comforting to watch!!

Haha yes with grammarcy you need to be a resident to get a key to the park. Oldest park in nyc so that’s part of how they preserve it :) my aunt lives over there so I’ve had the privilege of being able to go in! It’s beautiful but super smalll, you aren’t missing much :)
