She's incredibly pretty, and I love the water/beachside theme to complement her red coloring. It's interesting that Sylvie is the youngest (judging from her one tail), but she's the largest. Perhaps all of them are naturally that large, but the others choose to shapeshift into smaller forms, while Sylvie can't control her shapeshifting that well yet. 🤔Or maybe she just likes to be tall, lol.

then the order from oldest to youngest would be: 1- autumn 2- Summer 3- Spring 4-Winter in case you didn't know, kitsunes get a tail every 1000 years, being 9 the maximum number of tails obtained, although they can live more years. (as I understand)

The orange and blue supplies a lovely contrast to each other amazingly. Her face is so soft and stunning. And the lighter hair on the top of her head makes it look like it was sun bleached. A lovely detail.

Foxes are canines that fill the "feline" niche in their environments, so a werecat base is perfectly fine. She looks beautiful and ethereal. Edit: I love watching your videos because I learn so much about sewing. I have never heard of a marble block to cool the fabric but now that I have, it makes so much sense. It's like a constant ah-ha moment watching you two work.

Anything heavy-ish and cool will work (I'm thinking a mug maybe? With the round side down to the table 🤔). You could even just stick it down with your fingers after you press it but it's hot 😊 it's a base from like a trophy or something, I had it for a long while and it's just a handy size to keep in my sewing drawer

I read recently that the number of tails a kitsune has correlates to how many centuries old they are. If you count winter as the beginning of the year and autumn as the end, that makes Sylvie the youngest and Akino the oldest and that's pretty fun

Actually, foxes aren't canines. They are their own class called "vulpines" and are more closely related to cats than they are dogs! She's also super beautiful and I love seeing the foxes together!

i adore this one and the dark one the most. even though the outfit is simple, it just brings it all together with the "less is more" approach. i am sad to see teh series is ended, but i enjoyed the journey. i love everything beach related, but i've never really experienced a beach vacation, only an hour at most during a school field trip and it was overcast and rainy the entire time.

I loved all the foxes but she's definitely my favorite! the color contrast, beautiful accessories and those gorgeous eyes and hair! I do think the catch lights at the end looked better. The beach definitely makes me think summer too.

Loving the marble block; I've got a marble piece I can hotglue a handle to. I'm a big fan of using a piece of fabric covered wood with my ironing. If' it's a fabric that can't take a lot of heat, I can use a medium heat, lots of steam and then put the pressing block over it to trap the heat without melting the fabric. I do a lot of hems (will hem for food) and it works great. And as usual, another breathtaking creation

This came out really well! I love how the orange fox works well with the blue and cream outfit. I also like that you painted waves on the sleeves, I felt like the cream kimono was a little plain too. I also like the end result for the sandals, the blue embroidery thread looked really good braided, and I liked the bamboo pattern vinyl. Good work!

She’s my favorite of all of your foxes! Foxes were pretty important magic buddies in the stories my dad told to me when I was little, so I’m always partial to them anyhow. The beach is easily my favorite summer destination. It’s where I feel most relaxed and at peace, like the beach is where I’m supposed to be and it’s always really hard to leave (unless I’m sunburnt and/or really need to shower off the sand). Your videos have inspired me so much that I got some crusty old EAH dolls to work on… I’ve always wanted to, and I’ve always felt like “nooo, they won’t be good enough,” but I’m going to try anyhow! You make it look like so much fun, even when things don’t go the way you want. I learn so much from your videos. Thank you for sharing your work and your processes. If there was anything I’d ever want to see in the future, I’d love to see a doll based on a character/s from Polish folklore someday. Even a doll painted up using traditional pottery motifs would be kind of awesome.

Tip for parallel vs perpendicular: Parallel has the two L's (ll) which are parallel. Tip for horizontal vs vertical: "horizontal" has "horizon" (like the line between land and sky) in it. I still use these to help myself remember, along with singing the alphabet and making the L-shape with my hand for left and right. :D

Our favorite summer destination is Nana's (my Mom) house. She lives in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee, USA, near a town called Gatlinburg. We love visiting Smoky Mountain National Park, catching fireflies in Nana's yard at night, and hiking. I grew up in Florida, so I grew up with summer meaning beach time, and I do love the beach, but we're a little to far to visit family down there every summer.

Late to watching the video as I was on holiday with my children, we went to see their grandmother and stayed with her for a week. Now I have soooo many KZbin videos to catch up on haha. I LOVE this doll, she is stunning. Her whole character is exactly how I thought this one in the series would be. The outfit is just so beautiful, do you ever create an outfit and instantly want it in your size? I know I would if I was as talented. I can hand sew and had done a lot for my daughter's dolls but haven't got an actual sewing machine otherwise I might attempt making human sized outfits too. As a teenage I added flares to my fav jeans and I used old tshirts I loved but were ripped and stained and then I added band patches all over. They were the best thing i owned until I couldn't fit them anymore :( Anyways, you ladies did an amazing job as always. Can't wait to see what doll is next :D
