Love these videos. Tip: when you defrost the bread, defrost upside down, this will help it stay fresh. It may not work for all bread types, but it helps.

I have Autism as Well. I like to eat my cereal. I refuse to eat any other breakfast food. for Lunches I like Apples with Strawberry Syrup, Pretzels and Dry Cheerios.

I actually don't like the "ends" of the bread I'll just won't eat a sandwich that day lol Even though I don't have kids I like how you don't require Lucy to eat everything off her plate to get her "dessert" I think that's a good idea. Btw when you gave the explanation of the frozen bread crust you said I gave a long explanation I heard Lucy say "yeah" that's cute if she meant it for your long explanation lol :)
