I love myself a mesh blanket. I use this to make a plaid style blankets, lovely & cozy on those chilly days or nights 😊 Oh & if we’re going to play the granny square game. I have my yarn & hook all ready to go 😃 so count me in, lol 😝 🌻

I am LOVING this year's calendar blanket. I'm using 4 colors and I'm making 4 squares per month. (I did find a pattern for a skull grannie that I modified to fit this blanket's count and made 4 of those too. Just for fun 😉.) This blanket is going to be nice and big and snuggly when winter finally comes here to GA.

This is fabulous, I was looking for a new kind of granny square that could be extended into a blanket that works up fast, and this is it. I will be using this for a blanket using Size 3 yarn, Robin Paint box PBX08 Color. I will 📸 it when I get finished.

I think I’m going to like this version better than the other mesh square (personal preference). Do you think that you’ll ever do a granny square game using this pattern? I love love love going back and rewatching the old lives with the granny square game. It’s so calming for me even just to listen to. 😊

Possibly! We used the other mesh granny in the Granny Square Game and I have to say, it made for a lot of little ends to "hide" which is a little trickier with a mesh stitch!
