Every once in awhile, we are confronted with life examples which show the undeniable inter-connection of living beings on this earth. Some of these are mountain top experiences. Tay gently holding his head during the trip to the barn, is one of these. Had to watch that twice.

Just another great video about life on the farm. Your baler looks like a million bucks all cleaned up. You forgot your ear protection while baling. That was a beautiful bull calf. And he was a Biggy. Glad his mom and him are good. That was a lot of hay for such small fields. Good luck and good farming. God Bless. Oh forgot to mention, sure is nice of Brent to bring you food. Can't work on an empty stomach.

Hi Taylor, another very enjoyable video. There's something very satisfying when you have a piece of machinery that keeps nagging "clean me" and when you do, there's a certain therapeutic feeling seeing the dirt go and the shine restored. Made a good job of it as in all you do. Loved the flying sandwich. Good aim, good catch. 😊 Thanks MARK uk

Thank you for the great videos and sharing the farming life. Brings back childhood memories for sure, growing up on a small dairy farm in NW Ireland where we all had our role to play/work from a young age. Beautiful cow and new calf, however, if I may suggest that you rethink approaching a newly/ freshly calved cow with her calf. The stories of people getting hurt, or worse by cows protecting their calves has been told for a long, long time and yet we take chances that we shouldn't. I did like that you tried to keep the calf between you and the cow. I wonder if coaxing the cow and let the calf follow would work. Maybe slower, but safer. Again, love your videos, keep them coming, stay safe and healthy. Brent is a great guy!

Hi Taylor thanks for sharing another awesome video again. What a fantastic way to start your day cuddles with a calf. He certainly is a big lad. Man that sky looks angry, i know you used to have problems with the bailer but you seem to have them ironed out. Isn't it funny how you get used to the sound of a machine when you use it all the time?.That's what you call a sandwich delivery. What a difference a wash makes looks a different machine. Thanks again for sharing with us take care and stay safe 👍 😊.

Having clean equipment shows some respect for the equipment, and it's ready for the next job. Some farmers not only power wash their tractors but wax them also. As with autos, clean shiny equipment sells better, or a bit better trade in value. Thanks for taking us along baling and power washing!!

Taylor. I was wondering if it would be easier to leave the wire hooked up that powers the monitor but place a cutoff switch in the line so you don’t have to connect and disconnect the wire everytime you use the baler. Something like a knife switch or a decent cut off switch Just a suggestion 😊

I remember one cow we had that didn't want us taking her calf out of the pasture, my Dad would get the dog on her, he was a good dog for handling cows, there wasn't a whole lot of mean cows he would back down from, down over the hill they would go, my dad would crawl under the fence, get the calf toward the fence, then here come the cow back chasing the dog, Dad would drop the calf and get back under the fence and the dog, the off they would go again, this happened quite a few times, finally we got the calf, and the dog stayed on her to get her to the barn! A few weeks later she was lying out in the pasture, and she wouldn't come to the barn, so we sent the dog after her, as us kids were afraid of her, and she just layed there, so my 3 older Sisters elected me to go and get her up, so I took a big stick, snuck up on her, gave her a good wack and she never moved, she was dead, don't know what happened, but it was good ridden!

Speaking about your PTO shafts and settings: Owner's Manuals are your Friend. Reading them, keeping them in one box for quick reference for all your machines. So many adjustments and service areas to keep on top of. Farm safe. Wear head phones and gloves. Save your body. Clean equipment = Happy running equipment. A leaf blower to blow out all the internals, blow after washing & Grease after washing. Blowing out after use helps you see if any belts, missing bolts, or joints need attention before failure Hi from rural Hillsboro NH. 👍
