I agree that a morning routine is very important.. i always used to wake up and rush to office.. but now i wake up on time, do yoga or workouts, meditation, practice some hobby like singing, reading, etc, eat a healthy breakfast and then go to work.. despite all this my days are much more productive now

So true Anwesha, once you get used to work out it becomes a habit and if you fail to do that anyday you feel incomplete and guilty. I have to rush to office 3 days a week by 8:30 am but I always make sure I work out for half an hour even on office days to feel more happy, satisfied and productive 😀 And yes that happiness is unparalleled ❤️

Hey anwesha.. I'm trying to lose weight but when ever I walk or do exercise my back aches a lot I am 25 y. I have 3 kids by c section. I was 48kg before my sections but now I'm 69 kg please help me out. And yes I'm following you sence 5 years videos are very useful 😊

Ekdm se exercise start nahi kro.. Shuru m thodi stretching or yoga shuru kro.. Vo bhi dhere dhere.. Taki body thodi flexible ho jaye.. Dhere dhere time k sath adat ho jaye.. Jb pain hona bnd ho jaye tb exercise shuru krna thoda thoda❤

People having busy schedules like ones who go to office every morning, and leading a very hectic and tight routine, will definitely not have time to do a very elaborate morning ritual with dead lifts in the gym. Specially people like us who live in the USA have to do a lot right from household chores to shopping groceries to office work having very less amount of time to spend for yourself at home. Can you make a video related to this kind of life?

I mentioned in the video only at the end for such people.People who have office schedule can go to gym, early morning which means u wake up early or in evening. Gyms are the busiest at those hours with all working folks. When I went to office, I used to always do deadlifts after office. No excuses coz I love working out and it was my number one priority, then , now and want same in future. For someone like u, who stays in USA with NO house help, your partner has to equally share house work load with you and both of you have to figure out the time for gym in your scheme of things

Why not? I am trained in different formats of workout - strength, yoga, etc. Women should definitely lift weights.I have been a gym member since 2019. I can lift heavy and my home doesn't have so much heavy equipments, so when I want to lift heavy, I hit the gym 🏋
