I already lost 15 kg before my wedding, I use to follow you But during pregnancy again gained alot of weight, now my babies are 1.5 years now its very difficult to do and get back to same as I was earlier. Can I follow again the same? How can i reduce belly fat

Anwesha, I am facing trouble losing weight because of the wedding season. There's a wedding in my immediate family, because of which my eating and sleeping cycle has gone haywire and I'm not getting time to work out. As a result, I've gained a lot in very less time. My clothes are becoming tight! I tried carrying healthy snacks with me while shopping and drinking lots of water, but it's not helping much. Please suggest a solution.
