Dear sweet Amy, My heartfelt condolences to you for the loss of you Dad. Sounds like your Dad was a great man who helped instill love for home and hearth. I lost my husband 9 years ago and he was so much like your Dad and loved working in our yard and kept our home, lawn, outdoor spaces looking so beautiful. I love doing anything home related inside and out and believe me you are making a house a home for your 3 little ones and they will bring this love for family, hearth and home into their adult lives so never change who you are, you are a beautiful person! I'm so sorry for the loss of your Dad . It's so hard to lose a parent . Sending thoughts and prayers your way. And yes celebrate and honor your Dad in ways he would love . I have a special Snow Bush that starting blooming after my dad passed . Everytime it blooms it makes me feel like he is sending the blooms . My Dad also loved caring for the plants and yard , I have many memories planting flowers and helping my dad seed the yard .

I felt like you were telling my story, Amy. My mom and dad both loved the beautiful weather and flowers and making things look beautiful. I lost them both this past year within two months of each other. It was devastating, but with time I'm starting to appreciate all the memories as you are also. Keep them close to your heart with each memory you create with your boys. That's what life is all about. Love your channel. Hi Amy ~ I was able not to cry until the end of your video, then the tears fell down. Very sorry about the loss of your Dad. Hoping your Mom is holding up. Looks lovely. You can pull your rug out more from under your decks sectional to create a more cohesive space. Can be 12 inches more or less from front feet of your furniture. Opens up the feel of that area. Enjoy and have a blessed summer. It looks beautiful young lady.
