Summer Strollin' - Day 21 | 30-Day Composition Challenge (Theme: Summer Breeze)

This was written for Day 21 of Ryan Leach's "2022 Theme of the Day Challenge" where I'll compose one piece per day for the entirety of June. The prompt for June 21st was "Summer Breeze", though it ended up with me somehow managing to speed compose this along with like 11 other prompts in the final two days of the challenge. I just imagined a casual joyful stroll with pleasant summer weather. The music has a slight jazzy or swing feeling included, while the middle section has a quotation based on something funny - Chopin's Winter Wind Étude. More specifically, an inversion of the “winter wind” motif (because the prompt is quite literally the opposite, “summer breeze” haha).
