This mentality of working out at the gym has helped me a lot too! It’s been a life long goal for me to learn how to surf so I started swimming at the gym and it’s so much fun. I also feel more motivated to go to the gym now that there’s more of a variety of things for me to do. I also started taking yoga classes again! If anyone is reading this find workouts you genuinely enjoy! You’ll stick to it longer and it will be more fulfilling ☺️❤️💜

I wonder what happens if you just stop working out entirely? Would you lose muscle mass as fast as someone who only works out once in a while? Or would you be okay for a while and only then the muscle mass decreases? Hmm..
