According to that guy from TBI who did that update near the anniversary mark and he said they don't know who or even what happened to Summer. Don B, you have to remember that DA said all of that only 10 months in to that case. I don't think they know anything in Summer's case. He said they don't have any evidence in Summer's case showing anything. I don't believe charges will ever come in Summer's case @Don B. Sadly.
