Just finished a fairly taxing workout and I put this on to get ideas. Ended up making it till the 10:30 mark when I didn't think I had any left. Thanks so much for the motivation! Gonna try this again with a little more tank in the gas at the start and hopefully I'll be able to finish :)

I could only hold hand stand against wall.. shoukder tap instead of claps pushups, lower body raised 2 3 high pushups, diamond pushups 3 high only, knee pushups 13(easier) , regular pushups high 3 4... I filled my spread sheet of today prechallnge check

I've been doing this workout for about 2 months 5 days a week. I'm up to 15 pushups each minute. At this point is it better to keep increasing the rep count or shortening the period (60 secs to 55 secs for example)?

After an accident, I got a screw in the wrist and a plate in the forearm. Due to them, many and frequent "normal" push-ups cause hurtful issues soon. I saw push-up bars long time as not necessary, because I have not seen the benefit of the neutral wrist position (always thought, they only make the exercise easier in a muscular connection, whyever). Thanks for the eye opener, I think, it is worth a try 🙂 Achieving 100 reps a day will take me some time, nevertheless...

Hey! Thank you :) If you want to see the overall results of the 30 program, here's the timestamp kzbin.info/www/bejne/gp-TpGNjaJd1g6c I haven't measured my arms since that challenge (it was a year ago), so I'm not sure what they are today. If growing your arms is your specific goal you may want to do a full push day and pull day each week.

Why are you doing 9 or even 8 pushups per minute? I thought it was just a one-off, but it's not. Unless, of course, you're also doing the beginners version on the right during the same minute!

hi, do you recommend working on push ups every day if the goal is to get stronger?
@Summerfunfitness2 жыл бұрын
Push-ups every day will help you get better at push-ups, that's for sure! Overall, it kinds of depends on what level you are at. Higher reps are nice for beginners as they help build your foundation. But if you want to work on strength, you'd like to do a more challenging variation for, say, 5 reps x 5 sets 2 mins of rest, with at 48 hours between sessions. 100 push-ups, more work on endurance, hypertrophy, and familiarity in the position.
