Me personally I spent the last year pushing myself outside my reach of comfort. This related to running, joining bjj and other things along the way. Honestly though my confidence in general improved... simple advise for anyone, do it for you! anytime you slip into comfort make sure to improve upon yourself no matter how big/small.

Thank you so much for the body confidence talk! When I was a teen I didn't have an ig account. I made one in my late teens - early adulthood and now that I have one the last years I found myself comparing with other people on instagram and I don't like it at all.
