I know, having watched Cas finally tell Dean that he loved him and sacrificed himself to save Dean, only for both Winchester brothers to go straight back to business as usual, as though Cas had never entered their lives, makes this video very difficult to watch. The show that spent 15 years telling us that 'family don't end in blood', 'always keep fighting' and 'you are enough' turns around and does exactly what they've been telling us not to do. Cas, who rescued Dean from hell, fought alongside them, healed them and ultimately fell from grace for them, was tossed aside like a cum-soaked tissue. The finale took everything the Winchesters and Cas stood for, everything they sacrificed and suffered, every bit of personal growth and tore it all down. The CW couldn't have made their disdain and disrespect for the fans any clearer if they'd pissed on our cornflakes and spat in our faces.

I'm sorry for your loss. I've lost my grandfather in 2018 still miss him. Sixties and seventies or 50s music bring a smile to my face when I think of him now. He died of lung cancer. My mom was there with him and my gran for at least two weeks before he died. Never got to truly say goodbye to him. But at least my mom did. My dad was with her at the funeral, along with a few close friends, one who was the pastor of the funeral. I think I'm happy I didn't have to see him because I think it would have hurt more to see my strong grandpa so weak. He died at home at least, but with no one aware. He didn't die in his bed

I love everything about this video. Jensen’s voice. The editing. The song. The clips used. But more importantly, the sense of community in this family. Both the Winchester family, and the SPN family. There’s just so much support and love, and the actors/actresses on this show, as well as the characters, make it feel like we all know each other, even though most of us never even met them. Cara, toda vez que vejo esse vídeo, com esses flashbacks da série, me dá uma vontade tão grande de chorar. Supernatural é simplesmente uma das séries mais incríveis que já assisti. Não é só sobre enfrentar monstros, mas também o amor incondicional entre irmãos, que os fazem enfrentar de tudo para sobreviverem as mazelas do mundo. E no fim um sempre tentando proteger o outro, e todos que eles criaram um vínculo. O massa é que essa música se encaixou perfeitamente na série.

I know it's nearly unspeakable to think about but when the series ends...a long, long, long, long time from now...I think they should play this with Jensen singing at the end. We know Carry On My Wayward Son will be played but I think this song would be an incredible fit for the show to end on. Like Jensen said, it's the basis of the show. Carry On is and will always be the mantra for the boys to keep on like John telling them carry on my son and when it's all over you'll have peace and won't cry anymore. But these brothers and the family they've made over these years that's the base of the show.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE SUPERNATURAL!!! You may not believe this but this show helped me fight drug addiction and now I'm in recovery for several years. I can't explain it, but I guess we all have demons to fight, just different kinds of demons. I love this show and so does both my kids (ages 20 & 15). We've watched for years and it's helped the bond between us get stronger (& and after all my screw ups, I needed all the help I could get!). My chest started to ache and felt like something was constricting in on it at just the thought of Supernatural ending. What is the meaning of this?! I am just barely starting out and on season 2, and I understand I still have a long way to go, but my goal is to catch up before season 15 is out so I can cry along with the Supernatural family. I've seen this video probably a dozen times now, within the past month or so. It still makes me cry every time I watch it. I'm simultaneously smiling so hard it hurts and crying because of the heartbreak. I sent this video to a friend of mine, we were on video call when he watched it. There were tears and gasps and shouts and all the things. This is so, so good, I cannot stress enough. There are a thousand spn videos to this song but this one will always be my favorite. It feels like Dean is singing this to/about his family in the show, but it also feels like it's addressed to us fans. This is so beautiful, I never get tired of watching it. I've only watched 8 seasons of supernaturals and i've become so attached to the show and its characters like i can't even imagine my life without watching them everyday. Sam and dean they could die for each other if that means the other gets to live and for me thats beautiful. Nowadays you only get to see the shows that are revolving around a couple mostly romance and they don't give much importance to family. This show shows us how much family is important and even when you're at your worst they'll always be their to support you.
