What i like to do is pour the solution out… and put plain chobani greek yogurt.. and water.. its basically like pacifier for your kitten 😽… it helped me alot when i was growing up having yeast infections always burning and itching not knowng what it was… also honey pot suppositories.. anything from honey pot..

Hello young lady, I admire you for understanding about douching; some women are affected in negative ways when it comes to douching, and that's understandable. My mother who is ninety, my sister 71, and my self 66 started douching in our older teens : so far we've never had any problems. No yeast or any other problems. My mother.
