this being the last day of summer, 9/21 I have to hear this .I happen to think this is their best version. in the studio Pete plays guitar w/ out jumping around. I hope more people ,especially WHO fans visit this site. thank you, Nelson.

The studio version of Summertime Blues is great, love Pete's power chords on this version, he hits em heavy. Roger is doing a real good vocal here too, with a some background vocals making it funky. John Entwhistle's bass lines on it are real full too, one of the best bass players in Rick and roll history. Keith Moon real good on drums, playing cymbals oñ it throughout the song. The studio version is every bit is good as when they played it at Leeds and Woodstock.
