It looks to me like Lucy is still angry and annoyed with Tim and their interactions outside of work are still awkward, and that's totally realistic and understandable. However, I'm very annoyed with the fact that Tim is not doing enough, if anything, to try to get Lucy back. I was ready for the "small doses" era, and I haven't seen anything yet.😡 They wrote the couple so beautifully during the slow burn and they haven't had a clue what to do with them since they got together!

@LBDBeauty, I agree with you. The writer of the show is just trying to string fans along since many want them to get back together and no one knows when that episode will occur. As far as I'm concerned, I don't even know why Lucy is talking to Tim.

If his idea of "making it up to her" is doing a competition and using it as a way to make her doubt herself, just so he can say nice things to her is manipulative and wrong. What has he done so far that was actually nice? And Lucy smiling and falling for it is a big disservice to her character who has seen through these manipulations in the past.

Hey, I know a lot of people are saying that Tim is being manipulative and the small doses haven't happened. I disagree. Hear me out: the bet is Tim's way of going back to a comfortable place with Lucy, Lucy herself said that they entered in friendly competition even before they dated. If you pay attention to their interactions, they both seem to be enjoying competing with each other. Tim offered to give Lucy TO pointers in the 1st episode, which he totally doesn't have to do(small kindness). I don't think he actually expected Lucy to gift him something for being her TO, this is consistent with how he teases her. When Lucy says she paid gratitude when they were dating, I believe this is in reference to her getting him a really good job at the expense of hurting her chances at being a detective, not the romance of the relationship. You can disagree, but at least consider these points.

I’m downright surprised at how many people think that this scene was cute? He openly mocked her and then the writers really had Lucy suggesting sexual favours. Tim showed absolute negative interest in her. and she’s just flirting with him the last 2 episodes? Is she slow? The guy did her so dirty with little to no acknowledgement or “small doses” pay back and she’s acting so desperate. It’s embarrassing to watch
