Great travelogue! One of the Sawtooth peaks have not summited. In the 70s we would have had clunky "mountain" boots, crampons & ice axes ... now I'd suggest carrying microspikes for the trail shoes and adjustable/folding hiking poles, that can be more easily stashed on yer pack for hands-free scrambling. I like the fact that you're hiking with a group ... it is far safer than solo, with the ability to have someone accompany a member of the party that has to turn around early. And that you have a proper first aid kit! Keep on hiking!

This here y'all is an example of what happens when AWESOMENESS meets EPICNESS!! From strictly a viewers opinion who enjoys the content, and knows nothing about what it takes to produce these...content,(those shots are amazing), production, editing, background music, narration, general flow of the story and video, the still shots that are mixed in, it's as good or better than anything that is out there. Biggest thing to me is you can actually connect with you guys and the story...
@BoundForNowhere3 жыл бұрын
Wow Vince! Thank you for that! We really wanted to step up our game for this series and push ourselves as creative story tellers. This is the first time we've ever done anything like this. Though it's felt like it's taken some time to warm up we are really happy with what we are making!

Great video! We climbed Thompson last summer as well, but from the looks of it probably a month or so later than you did. We did it as a long day hike from a different route...
